Holistic Health Coaching (HHC) helps you to make lasting health changes by addressing all aspects of your life – body, mind, emotions, relationships, environment, spirituality etc.
Through a range of techniques, clients have been helped to manage a wide range of health objectives; including stress, anxiety, insomnia, body composition, fitness, fertility, rehabilitation and habit formation.
The Holistic Health Coach is a licensed acupuncturist, holds Higher International Diplomas in both Complementary Therapies and Holistic Nutrition, Diplomas in both Psychotherapy & Counselling and Personal Fitness Training, and is a qualified yoga teacher.
HHC involves working with you in a supportive way to:

Identify the changes you wish to/need to make
Assist in the creation of specific and achievable goals
Help to build your confidence in your ability to effect changes
Help develop your instincts and self-awareness
Advise, when asked, on topics in which expertise is held
